Le gare del Mondiale Enduro 2025 tornano ad essere 7, il Portogallo reagisce e sostituisce la Francia

Di norma la richiesta arrivava agli italiani. In passato, qualche anno fa, in più di qualche occasione quando una gara di enduro mondiale saltava, la FIM chiedeva ai moto club italiani se per caso potevano aiutarla ed organizzare una tappa. Per questo motivo in qualche anno il nostro Paese ha ospitato due date del Mondiale.

Questa volta ad intervenire, e non è un caso, è stato il Portogallo e cioè il Paese del presidente FIM, Jorge Viegas, nonchè nazione del promoter dell'Enduro GP. Negli ultimi mesi ben due gare erano state annullate, senza particolari dettagli e ragioni, dapprima in Romania, annuncio dato a marzo, e poi in Francia, annuncio dato in maggio.

Così si è pensato di correre ai ripari e la Prime Stadium Eventos - appunto il promoter portoghese dell'Enduro GP Championship - ha confermato proprio oggi che le gare in calendario torneranno ad essere sette perchè l'Esganados TT Motoclub organizzerà una nuova gara, il GP del Portogallo che si correrà dal 12 al 14 settembre a Vila de Rei, Castelo Branco. In questo modo la gara portoghese potrà anche rappresentare il terzo appuntamento con il FIM Women’s Enduro World Championship e per l' Expotrade FIM Junior Women’s Enduro World Cup.

La data è rimasta quella che inizialmente era stata assegnata alla Francia, e cioè metà settembre, dopodiché i piloti arriveranno in Italia, due settimane dopo, per l'appuntamento a Darfo Boario.

In realtà i piloti arriveranno in Portogallo dopo un'altra lunga permanenza in Italia, per la Sei Giorni di Bergamo che si correrà appunto a fine agosto.

The FIM and Prime Stadium Eventos, promoters of the Paulo Duarte FIM EnduroGP World Championship, are pleased to announce that an additional GP of Portugal will be added to the 2025 schedule, replacing the previously cancelled GP of France and returning the calendar to seven rounds 

Following the recent announcement regarding the cancellation of the GP of France, Prime Stadium Eventos can now confirm that Esganados TT Motoclub will organise the newly instated GP of Portugal in Vila de Rei, Castelo Branco on 12-14 September.

Returning the EnduroGP calendar to seven rounds for 2025, the GP of Portugal will also feature round three of the Expotrade FIM Women’s Enduro World Championship and the Expotrade FIM Junior Women’s Enduro World Cup.
